Dawn Glover - Associate Teacher

Dawn Glover is an actor, writer, director, singer, and has been a coach at Kacie Stetson Studio for the past four years. Dawn fell in love with the art of performance twenty years ago and has been exploring the craft of acting ever since. She has a Masters of Fine Arts in Performance from Purdue University (U.S.A) where her graduate work was fully funded and where she had her first opportunity to teach new and aspiring drama students.

Dawn has called Auckland home for the past seven years and is a co-founder of both Navi Collaborative (a performance arts driven company), and Chocolate Lantern Theater Company (a puppet based theatre company). Dawn is represented (as an actor) by Trio Arts and has appeared in American and New Zealand film and television; her most recent acting work was on TVNZ's Black Hands (2020). Dawn is passionate about coaching her students in the Foundations classes at Kacie Stetson Studio and is proud to have seen many of her former students go on and to get into prestigious programs such as Toi Whakaari and The Actors Programme, as well as book professional acting work in New Zealand and abroad.
